Why prepare for Triathlon de la Madeleine ?

I have other triathlons besides Triathlon de la Madeleine planned; how can I integrate them into my training plan?
In the app, you can set multiple goals with different levels of importance: main or intermediate. The plan then adapts to ensure you’re in top shape for your primary goal while considering intermediate goals by lightening your training load just before and after your races.
Ideally, you would schedule the last intermediate race at least two weeks before your main goal to maintain mental and physical freshness for your primary goal. We recommend a maximum of two competitions per month, with few exceptions.

How was my training program created?
The content of RunMotion's programs has been designed by certified and recognized coaches. The origin of RunMotion Coach lies in running, a crucial discipline in triathlons! Many triathletes improved their running thanks to RunMotion Coach. They asked us to integrate cycling and swimming into their training.
With the help of triathlon experts, we enhanced our algorithms to offer personalized triathlon training, including 2 to 7 running sessions, up to 3 cycling sessions (endurance, strength), and 3 swimming sessions (technique, endurance, intensity).
